Twinky’s pet bakery is committed to provide you with all of our terms and conditions. We are also committed to serving you ethically and responsibly. Please read and understand our terms and conditions below. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
This Site ("the Site") is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). By proceeding to view this Site or any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, which shall constitute the entire binding agreement between you and Twinky’s pet bakery, who control and operate the Site, in respect of your use of the Site. No other terms shall apply. These Terms may be varied by Twinky’s Pet Bakery from time to time and the revised Terms will be deemed to apply at the relevant time in respect of your registration and/or use of the Site.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
You acknowledge and accept that all of the copyright, database rights and any other intellectual property rights which subsist in the design, layout, processes, functions, data and content of the Site are the property of Twinky’s Pet Bakery, its information providers or licensors. The Site is owned and operated by Twinky’s Pet Bakery. No part of the Site, its content or any of its underlying software and databases may be copied or reproduced, shared with third parties, reverse engineered, reverse assembled, or used to create any derivative work (whether in physical or electronic form) without the prior written consent of Twinky’s Pet Bakery.
Changes to the Site
The format and content of the Site may be changed at any time without notice. Its operation may be suspended or discontinued for support or maintenance work, in order to update its content or for any other reason. Access may be terminated either in relation to specific users or generally at any time and without notice.
Return and Refund policy
Customer, has seven working days from the day they receive the goods (the conclusion of the contract) in which to cancel. This cancellation must be sent in writing by email to the business email address which is shown above and on our contact we page. Exemptions to the right to cancel include Products made to the customers own specifications such as personalized and customized orders (cakes, treats, birthday boxes)
The business will replace the goods or refund all money paid in relation to the contract if it is deemed an error by Twinky’s Pet Bakery including post and packaging within 30 days.
If the customer needs to return faulty goods to Twinky’s Pet Bakery, we ask that they use the Royal Mail ‘Signed for…’ service and we will refund their return postage costs. We can’t be hold responsible for any delivery issued or misplaced items by post and will require proof of postage.
If you wish to return a non-personalized order which is not faulty we won’t reimburse you for return postage, it’s to be paid by the customer. We can’t be hold responsible for any delivery issued or misplaced items by post and will require proof of postage.
The customer is under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If the duty is breached, the business may be entitled to compensation. It is also the customer’s duty to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit.
The refund can’t be issued until Twinky’s pet bakery received the goods in question. The European Consumer protection (distance selling) regulation 2000 requires us to inform you your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, we aim to refund you within 14 days.
Delivery and postage
Our primary delivery company is Royal mail for bulk or large order we may use a carrier company to help you save money. We also use DPD and Parcel Force for guaranteed next day services.
Dog treats are posted by Royal mail second class delivery service, cakes and birthday boxes posted by Royal mail first class or DPD or Parcel Force services.
Postage is automatically calculated at check out, if you consider to place a bulk order or larger order please get in touch for further postage discounts before completing your order.
When you place an order you will receive an email advising when your parcel is to leave the bakery so you know that it is on its way. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as incorrect addresses can cause a delay resulting in the freshness of your order being compromised, we can’t accept any liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
If you miss the delivery it is your responsibility to collect it from the depot or re-arrange the delivery. We cannot accept liability for the non-delivery of products or delay in delivery in circumstances beyond our control. If products are damaged once they have left the bakery through no fault of our own we will not accept responsibility or liability, also if the parcel is not collected from the depot/courier promptly will not accept responsibility/liability. It is important you collect promptly as our products need to be stored in the correction conditions & some have limited shelf life such as cakes & Training Treats.
Please note we can’t issue any compensation for delayed or lost parcels or any subsequent compensation in the event of delayed or lost parcel due to Third Party Carrier Company.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our web shop may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Suitability of Products
All of our dog treats are intended as complementary food item and not as a balanced canine diet or a complete dog food. We recommend that the approximate equivalent of treats given is deducted from your dog's daily food ration to ensure you are not overfeeding and risking obesity. If you are in any doubt whatsoever as to the suitability of our treats for your dog, or if your dog suffers from allergies, we recommend speaking to your vet before feeding our treats to your pet/pets,
